（1） Structural differences
Pp corrugated board(also known as corflute/correx/coroplast sheet) is a twinwall plastic-sheet produced from high-impact polypropylene resin with a similar make-up to corrugated fiberboard. It is a light-weight tough material which can easily be cut with a utility knife.
Pp honeycomb panel is a composite panel made of two thinner panels firmly bonded on both sides of a thicker honeycomb core. Honeycomb core material is a (honeycomb) core board;
（2）Different thickness
The corrugated pp board is a plastic sheet with a hollow structure formed once. The lightweight of the hollow core material is the advantage of the plastic hollow board. Due to its light weight, it is widely adopted in terms of turnover and cost. The corflute board can be processed into various colors, the thickness of 2-12mm can be customized, and the commonly used thickness is 2mm-8mm. Common thicknesses of pp honeycomb panels are 4mm, 7mm, 11mm, and thicknesses of 3.5mm-13mm can be customized.
（3）Different applications
The mechanical structure of coroplast sheets is lower than that of honeycomb panels, but the price is much cheaper than that of honeycomb panels.
At present, polypropylene honeycomb panels are mainly used for the processing of auto parts turnover boxes, and plastic hollow panels are mainly used for vegetable and fruit packaging boxes, floor protection, and sapling protection.
