Among various colors, why did we recommend white pp corrugated sheets?

(1)White Pp Corrugated Sheets are more cost-effective

First of all, the white masterbatch is the most used material and does not need to be customized, so the white pp corrugated board is also the cheapest.
Furthermore, white polypropylene corrugated sheets are the most produced by manufacturers, and they can usually be produced directly on large machines. There is no need to waste raw materials to convert different colors, which can save a lot of costs.

The regular colors are white, black, blue and grey. The sheets of these colors are cheaper than the other customized colors.

（2）In most cases, the lead time for boards with regular colors is shorter

Because the hollow board extruder is a very large machine, the color conversion requires at least 200 kg of pp material to wash. Considering the cost of color conversion, generally, pp corrugated sheet manufacturers will arrange for the same batch of hollow boards to be produced together. Only then will another batch of color hollow boards be produced. The colors of the hollow boards usually produced are blue, black, white, and gray. Therefore, the white pp corrugated boards that are purchased do not have any requirements on the color, and try to choose the regular colors.
